Technical Sales Representative

About the role

Ground 9 Flooring is looking for a full‑time Technical Sales Representative to join its Dammam office. You will drive the complete sales cycle for epoxy and terrazzo flooring solutions, acting as the technical bridge between clients and our installation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers, qualify leads and present technical product information.
• Conduct on‑site visits, take measurements and assess project requirements.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and follow‑up documentation.
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system and monitor market trends.
• Provide post‑sale support, addressing client questions and ensuring satisfaction.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of epoxy and terrazzo flooring systems.
• Proven experience in technical or construction‑related sales, preferably in flooring or building materials.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site, take measurements and collaborate with engineers and project managers.
• Customer‑focused attitude with problem‑solving capabilities.
