Technician Trainee Programme – Power (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Join Aggreko’s 12‑month Technician Trainee Programme in Riyadh and gain hands‑on experience with power generators and related equipment. You will develop foundational mechanical and electrical knowledge while supporting high‑profile projects across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and become familiar with key generator components and power equipment.
• Assist in routine maintenance, repair procedures and troubleshooting.
• Follow housekeeping, health and safety practices on the depot and customer sites.
• Support senior technicians on projects such as Formula 1 events, Red Sea development and refinery backup power.
• Document work performed and contribute to continuous‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with strong aptitude for technical subjects, or a College/Vocational Certificate in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Passionate about mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Highly motivated, positive attitude and business‑level English proficiency.
