Territory Customer Executive

About the role

The Territory Customer Executive will be responsible for driving food‑service sales across the assigned region in Riyadh. You will build strong relationships with customers, meet sales targets and support Almarui’s growth in the FMCG market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve food‑service sales objectives and maintain business development with customers in the designated territory.
• Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring product sales follow agreed price terms.
• Log daily visits and customer activities, reporting progress to the line manager.
• Review the customer sales dashboard and take corrective actions after market visits.
• Coordinate internally to schedule product deliveries and follow up on collection status with finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong communication, selling, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and reporting skills.
