UBD Well Site Supervisor

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an experienced Underbalanced Drilling (UBD) Well Site Supervisor to lead GeoBalance Applications operations at a well site and base camp in Saudi Arabia. The role combines technical oversight, personnel management, and customer interaction to ensure safe and efficient drilling activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee GeoBalance Applications operations on‑site and at the base camp.
• Plan and execute job logistics, including personnel allocation, equipment setup, and well‑site direction.
• Communicate with other PSLs and third‑party vendors to confirm tool and site capability.
• Mentor and train junior staff in underbalanced and managed pressure drilling techniques.
• Interact with customers, supervise completion services, and ensure performance exceeds expectations.
• Conduct performance follow‑up and assist in planning future work.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 9 years of oil‑field drilling experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in underbalanced drilling or managed pressure drilling.
