Unified Communication Engineer – Avaya & Cisco

About the role

We are seeking a Unified Communication Engineer to join our Riyadh team, focusing on Avaya and Cisco unified communications solutions. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting voice and video services for enterprise clients, ensuring reliable and high‑quality communications.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Avaya Aura and Cisco Unified Communications platforms.
• Implement and manage session border controllers and related security policies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot VoIP, SIP, H.323, and related protocols.
• Assist with change requests, system upgrades, and integration with virtualization and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve complex communication issues and improve service performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 month of relevant experience in unified communications.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS).
• Effective communication skills and ability to work directly with customers.
