About the role

SAED is seeking a Unit Manager to lead dairy operations for a client in Hail. The role focuses on planning, organizing and optimizing all activities related to large dairy herds, ensuring high productivity and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize all farm activities related to dairy production, maximizing resource use and output.
• Oversee the management of large dairy herds, ensuring animal welfare and herd health.
• Develop and implement operational strategies such as feed management, breeding programs and milking procedures.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and train farm staff to maintain high performance.
• Collaborate with finance, supply‑chain and other departments to streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Engage with suppliers and veterinary services to secure necessary resources.

Required profile

• Strong background in agriculture, preferably with experience in dairy farming.
• Proven ability to manage large dairy herds and lead a team.
• Analytical mindset for data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
