About the role
Our client is a customer‑centric services platform operating at scale across Saudi Arabia, focused on enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction. The Vice President will oversee customer operations, service delivery, and frontline performance, managing large service teams and operational processes while driving efficiency, quality, and satisfaction metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee customer operations, service delivery, and frontline performance.
- Manage large service teams and operational processes.
- Improve service efficiency, quality, and customer‑satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate closely with digital, CX, and operations teams.
- Lead service transformation initiatives.
- Maintain executive accountability for service outcomes.
Required profile
- Senior operations leadership experience within service‑driven environments.
- Strong exposure to customer operations at scale.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated people leadership, operational discipline, and customer‑centric thinking.
