Windows System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Windows System Administrator to join our growing IT team. You will be responsible for maintaining a robust Windows infrastructure across multiple sites while supporting our hybrid cloud initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments (Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP) on VMware platforms.
• Manage Azure cloud workloads and oversee identity, access policies, and synchronization via Microsoft Entra ID.
• Test, deploy, and audit monthly OS and application patches across all Windows servers to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Manage and test daily system backups using Veeam to ensure high availability and data integrity.
• Resolve Level 2/3 Windows incidents and document standardized change requests and root causes in OpenText SMAX.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise Windows Systems Administration experience in a multi‑site environment.
• Deep expertise in Windows Server, VMware vSphere, Veeam Backup & Replication, Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator, or VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
