Workplace & Support Service Manager

About the role

The Workplace & Support Service Manager will lead the planning, procurement, and maintenance of office furniture, equipment, fleet, administrative services and facilities for DACO in Dammam. The role ensures operational efficiency, safety, regulatory compliance and supports employee well‑being, including coordination of religious services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a governance framework for workplace and support services aligned with organizational goals and regulations.
• Oversee procurement, installation and upkeep of office furniture, equipment and catering services, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Manage office facilities, space utilization, cleanliness and safety to meet operational needs.
• Direct fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate religious services, scheduling Imam and Muezzin and maintaining prayer facilities.
• Supervise administrative functions such as reception, mailroom and office supply management.
• Lead a team of workplace professionals, providing mentorship, performance feedback and development programs.
• Control budgets, track expenditures, identify cost‑saving opportunities and present financial reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with DACO standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Engage with external service providers and regulatory authorities to manage expectations and service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in workplace, facilities or support services management.
• Preferred certification: Certified Facility Manager (CFM).
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Demonstrated competencies in accountability, collaboration, innovation, results delivery, people development, change leadership, customer focus and partnership building.
