Account Technology Strategist – Manufacturing

About the role

As an Account Technology Strategist you will act as a trusted technology advisor to manufacturing customers, combining business priorities, industry insights and Microsoft technology to shape and execute digital transformation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior business and technical decision‑makers, acting as a strategic technology advisor.
• Develop technology roadmaps that align Microsoft solutions with customer business priorities and transformation goals.
• Identify and develop new opportunities across cloud, AI, security, and other strategic technologies.
• Bring industry and competitive insights to help customers address challenges and achieve business outcomes.
• Orchestrate Microsoft teams and partners to deliver the right solutions and drive adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 6+ years of technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience.
• Experience in relevant customer industry and in driving digital transformation initiatives.
