Accountant – Financial Records & Tax Compliance

About the role

We are seeking an Accountant to join our Riyadh team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, handling customer accounts, tracking payments, and ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple internal departments, contributing to accurate financial reporting and supporting the organization’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the organization’s financial accounts, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
• Oversee and reconcile customer accounts, addressing discrepancies and supporting billing processes.
• Prepare, update, and distribute payment tracking reports to monitor cash flow and outstanding receivables.
• Process tax payments, prepare tax declarations, and ensure adherence to Saudi tax laws and SOCPA standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, sales, and operations to verify financial information and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Professional certification from the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with an accounting software program.
