Accounting Clerk (Jeddah)

About the role
We are looking for a diligent Accounting Clerk to join our finance team in Jeddah. The role supports daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and compliance with local standards. You will work closely with senior accountants to facilitate smooth month‑end and year‑end closings.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and record daily journal entries with high accuracy.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in financial reporting.
- Assist senior accountants in monthly and yearly closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and VAT regulations.
Required profile
- 1 to 3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Preferred experience in trading, manufacturing, or contracting sectors.
- Detail‑oriented, organized and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Strong proficiency in Accounting Software or ERP systems.
