Airport Greeter – Luxury Hospitality (Saudi Nationals Only)

About the role

The Airport Greeter will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at and departing from the airport, delivering a warm, professional and luxurious experience that reflects FAENA The Red Sea’s ultra‑luxury standards. The role involves greeting guests, coordinating transfers, handling luggage and supporting VIP protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the airport with a personalized, professional greeting.
• Assist guests during arrival and departure procedures to ensure a smooth airport experience.
• Identify and escort VIP guests, providing priority handling and special attention.
• Coordinate transportation and transfers between the airport and the resort, arranging vehicles as needed.
• Handle luggage, ensuring safe transfer of belongings to vehicles or resort staff.
• Liaise with airport authorities, immigration staff and transportation providers to facilitate guest movement.
• Monitor flight arrivals and departures to provide timely updates to the resort team.
• Communicate any delays, special requirements or last‑minute changes to the appropriate departments.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism training is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in guest services, airport operations, concierge or luxury hospitality.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with airport procedures, arrival/departure processes and VIP handling.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
