Asset Manager – Hospitality Portfolio

About the role

EWAA Hotels, a leading hospitality group in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an Asset Manager to oversee its portfolio of hotels and resorts in Riyadh. The role focuses on maximizing financial performance, enhancing asset value, and supporting sustainable growth across properties such as Grand Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Al Muhaidb Hotels & Residence, and EWAA Express Hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimise total return and long‑term value of the hotel portfolio.
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for each property.
• Collaborate with hotel general managers and operational teams to identify revenue‑enhancement, cost‑control and efficiency opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor performance and economic conditions to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee capital‑expenditure projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely and on‑budget delivery.
• Prepare regular asset performance reports and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, service quality and regulatory requirements.
• Support due‑diligence for acquisitions, disposals and development projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in asset management, preferably within hospitality, real estate or investment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and key performance indicators such as RevPAR, GOP and NOI.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
