Assistant Manager – SAP SuccessFactors PMGM

About the role

The Assistant Manager – SAP SuccessFactors PMGM will lead the end‑to‑end performance and goal management processes for Almosafer. You will configure, optimise and support the PMGM module while partnering with HR and business leaders to align performance cycles with organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of Performance Management and Goal Management across the group.
• Configure, maintain and optimise SuccessFactors PMGM modules.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to design performance cycles, goal libraries, competencies and rating frameworks.
• Ensure seamless integration between PMGM and other SuccessFactors components such as Employee Central, LMS and Compensation.
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents for PMGM users.
• Deliver training, communication and change‑management support to HR teams and business stakeholders.
• Monitor HR Idocs, handle errors and manage integration with SAP S/4HANA.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic preferred.
• University degree from an internationally recognised institution, preferably in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience with SAP SuccessFactors PMGM or similar performance management solutions.
