Bartender – Luxury Hospitality (Saudi National Only)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and service‑oriented bartender to join a luxury hospitality client in Riyadh. The role involves preparing a wide range of drinks, delivering exceptional guest service, and maintaining a clean, well‑organized bar environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages, mocktails, fresh juices, and specialty drinks according to standard recipes.
• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service at all times.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage of all beverages.
• Upsell beverages and promote signature drinks.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth bar operations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations regarding beverage service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, mocktails, bar tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and guest‑interaction skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• Well‑presented, professional, and customer‑focused.
