Bellman – Guest Services at Luxury Residence

About the role

The Bellman provides premium front‑of‑house support for owners, guests and visitors at the Ritz‑Carlton Residences Diriyah. Working across morning, evening and overnight shifts, you will ensure a seamless, welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort residence owners, vendors and guests, opening doors and assisting with vehicle entry and exit.
• Transport groceries, luggage, packages and other items between cars, units and common areas.
• Provide directions, information on amenities and services, and assist with any special requests.
• Maintain clear driveways, lobby, sidewalks and entrance areas, including polishing luggage carts.
• Coordinate with valet team and loading dock staff, directing deliveries and managing vehicle movements.
• Monitor cleanliness of lobby and surrounding areas, reporting any safety or security concerns.
• Uphold uniform standards, professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lb unaided, 75 lb with assistance) and move quickly as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, clear spoken English and ability to assist individuals with disabilities.
• Reliability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings and overnight.
• Awareness of safety protocols and ability to report incidents promptly.
