Business Development Manager – Refrigeration (Saudi National)

About the role

Danfoss is looking for a Saudi‑national Business Development Manager to accelerate growth of its BOCK commercial reciprocating compressor portfolio across Turkey, the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, Riyadh or Jeddah, you will act as the bridge between product divisions and regional sales teams, helping customers adopt efficient and sustainable refrigeration solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional sales strategy for BOCK compressors, translating business priorities into measurable growth.
• Partner with sales teams and channel partners to identify, qualify and convert opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors and key accounts to increase market share.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to refine value propositions.
• Provide commercial guidance on pricing, profitability, product availability, marketing initiatives and product launches.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, business development or commercial roles within refrigeration, HVAC/R, compressors or related industrial technologies.
• Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration applications and ability to communicate technical value.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to develop growth plans, influence stakeholders and drive execution across multiple markets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across cultures and organizational levels.
