Butler – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

The Butler will act as a personal ambassador for guests at Sofitel Riyadh, delivering a five‑star experience through attentive, discreet, and professional service. This role requires close interaction with guests, ensuring every stay is memorable and tailored to individual preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests, manage in‑room check‑in, and assist with luggage, pressing, and shoeshine services.
• Prepare rooms according to guest preferences, update “Your Butler is waiting for you” forms, and maintain personalized room upkeep.
• Handle concierge tasks such as restaurant reservations, meal orders, and transportation arrangements.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly, resolve issues, and record feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate daily activities with the Butler Supervisor, maintain the logbook, and update guest profiles with likes and dislikes.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to work effectively under high stress and fast‑paced conditions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
