Center Accountant – Accounts Receivable

About the role

The Center Accountant (Accounts Receivable) will manage all receivable activities for the sales centre and warehouse in Riyadh. The role ensures accurate cash collection, customer invoicing and inventory verification, supporting smooth coordination between sales, warehouse and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily accounts receivable transactions and reconcile cash collections from salesmen.
• Monitor customer balances, prepare aging reports and follow up overdue accounts.
• Verify salesmen routes, deliveries, returns and cash settlements, reporting any shortages or overages.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts, reconcile stock with system records and support month‑end inventory closing.
• Handle cash handling, perform daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies.
• Prepare daily and monthly AR and collection reports while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) of experience in accounts receivable or sales accounting.
• Experience working in a warehouse or sales‑van environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies quickly.
