Chef de Partie – Hot & Cold Kitchen (5-Star Luxury Hotel)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to lead the hot and cold kitchen operations at a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel on the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality dishes, maintain impeccable standards, and support a dynamic culinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold dishes following hotel standards and recipes.
• Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation of all food served.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop and refine menu offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, complying with health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering ingredients, and manage stock rotation.
• Foster a positive and cooperative working atmosphere within the kitchen.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5‑star hotel or luxury establishment.
• Strong knowledge of hot and cold dish preparation.
• Culinary qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must currently reside in the UAE.
