Cluster Country Hotel Manager

About the role

The Cluster Country Hotel Manager acts as the strategic business leader for a portfolio of hotels within a country, reporting to the VP and Regional General Manager. The role oversees all operational, financial, guest experience, compliance, and people performance aspects to ensure alignment with brand standards and profitability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑opening, refurbishment, conversion and delisting projects, coordinating timelines, budgets, staffing plans and operational readiness activities.
• Support Commercial, E‑Commerce and Revenue Management teams in business readiness and opening budgets.
• Manage critical path milestones, site inspections, licensing, procurement and system implementations.
• Drive cross‑functional strategic initiatives, tracking project progress, coordinating resources and reporting updates to senior leadership.
• Identify and escalate operational, financial or compliance risks, and conduct post‑implementation reviews.
• Partner with Finance teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts and profitability analyses.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior hotel manager overseeing multiple properties.
• Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders across Commercial, Operations, Finance and HR functions.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting risks, opportunities and project status.
