Cluster Director of Revenue

About the role

The Cluster Director of Revenue leads revenue management across multiple hotel properties, shaping pricing strategy, market share, and overall financial performance. This senior position works closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal inventory distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for all market segments and distribution channels.
• Produce weekly and monthly revenue forecasts, including 30/60/90‑day and rolling 12‑month updates.
• Manage inventory and pricing across brand websites, third‑party channels, and direct booking platforms.
• Conduct price‑elasticity tests, validate competitive set RevPAR forecasts, and adjust the strategic sales plan.
• Monitor STR data, competitive pricing, and market share metrics to drive performance.
• Lead weekly revenue management meetings and communicate strategic objectives to the team.
• Ensure compliance with corporate revenue management standards and implement new RM tools.
• Recruit, train, and mentor reservations and revenue staff; build RM processes for new hotel openings.
• Support the annual revenue budgeting process and present findings at corporate reviews.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in hotel revenue management and pricing strategy.
• Proven ability to produce accurate forecasts and drive revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and presenting to senior leadership.
• Relevant academic background, such as a degree in hospitality, finance, or related field.
