Corporate Director of Hospitality Operations

About the role

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a Corporate Director of Hospitality Operations to lead the strategic development and performance of its rapidly expanding luxury hospitality platform. Reporting to the Group Head of Hospitality, this senior executive will shape the long‑term direction of hotels, food and beverage venues, wellness facilities and destination assets across the Red Sea region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the hospitality portfolio, ensuring alignment between asset development, operating models and brand positioning.
• Oversee the conception, development, opening and ongoing operation of hotels, restaurants, wellness centres and other destination assets.
• Provide executive oversight and coordination with property General Managers and senior asset leaders across all operational disciplines, including hotel operations and room management.
• Create distinctive hospitality concepts, structure operating models and establish governance frameworks that enable scalable and sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Senior member of an executive leadership team with proven experience in large‑scale hospitality operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence in luxury hotel and resort environments.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, asset development and scalable operating ecosystems.
