Corporate Sales Executive – Serviced Apartments (Madinah)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, results‑driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team at a well‑located serviced‑apartments property in Madinah. The role focuses on generating revenue through long‑stay accommodation sales to corporate and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and develop long‑stay accommodation accounts, including corporate clients, government entities, recruitment agencies, Umrah operators and tour operators.
• Build, manage and maintain a strong B2B client portfolio, overseeing contracts, renewals and account performance.
• Negotiate corporate rates and accommodation agreements for group bookings and seasonal business, especially during Umrah and Hajj seasons.
• Coordinate closely with Reservations and Operations teams to ensure an outstanding guest experience that supports client retention and repeat business.
• Prepare regular sales reports and monitor key performance indicators such as Occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR) and Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR).

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry; experience in B2B sectors such as real estate, insurance or business services is also welcomed.
• Established network of business contacts in Madinah is a strong advantage.
• Excellent negotiation and deal‑closing abilities.
• Proficiency in English is an added advantage for working with international organisations and Umrah tour operators.
