Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

The Corporate Sales Manager will join the Sales Department at Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh, a flagship luxury hotel in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving corporate and government account revenue, building long‑term relationships, and ensuring the hotel meets its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive coverage of the sales portfolio across all account levels and revenue streams.
• Develop and manage corporate, government, and business travel agent accounts in line with the business mix strategy.
• Ensure maximum acceptance rates in RFPs and monitor market trends, competition, and opportunities.
• Deliver accurate, timely reporting on segment and account performance and propose tactics to improve revenue.
• Communicate corporate and hotel policies and SOPs to team members.

Required profile

• Proven ability to achieve personal booking goals and exceed sales targets.
• Experience in corporate sales within the hospitality sector, preferably luxury hotels.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor market conditions and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with corporate and government clients.
