Country HR Manager – Grid Solutions

About the role

The Country HR Manager for Grid Solutions will serve as the primary HR point of contact for the entire employee population in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Reporting to regional HR leadership, you will partner with business leaders to deliver HR expertise, support employee relations, and drive HR initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and day‑to‑day queries.
• Collaborate with the regional HR Business Partner to align HR actions with business priorities and advise senior leadership.
• Lead core HR processes including compensation planning, compliance, employee relations investigations, and HR training programmes.
• Facilitate talent processes such as performance reviews, salary planning, new‑employee orientation, and manager onboarding.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data and communicate policy changes effectively.
• Drive complex, cross‑functional projects that support organisational change and improve labour‑management relations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 8 years if no degree).
• At least 5 years of professional HR experience, preferably in a large multinational environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to travel up to 10 % of the time.
