About the role
Join Chalhoub Group as a Customer Care Representative in the Riyadh warehouse. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a seamless service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat in line with service level agreements.
- Manage questions related to orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, delivery updates, and product information.
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce Service Cloud and keep all relevant fields up‑to‑date.
- Coordinate with Backline, Operations, and Store teams to resolve issues end‑to‑end.
- Handle social‑media interactions when trained, maintaining brand tone and service quality.
- Perform off‑queue tasks such as HCC, damages handling, and related list management.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer care or support role.
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud.
