Demand Planning Analyst

About the role

The Demand Planning Analyst will be responsible for shaping the short‑ and long‑range demand forecasts that drive our supply planning activities. Working closely with sales, product, and supply teams, you will ensure that demand signals are accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor sales demand planning impacts across the planning horizon through continuous review and assessment of forecasts.
• Lead monthly demand planning meetings and communicate updates to supply planning.
• Develop, modify, and share short‑ and long‑range demand plans with relevant stakeholders.
• Act as the primary communication point for supply and service constraints between product groups and the business team.
• Prepare master plans and forecasting updates using Oracle, Excel, and other planning tools.
• Support brand‑related projects such as innovations, renovations, transitions, capacity planning, and VIP initiatives.
• Deliver key business KPIs and drive continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
