Demand Planning Manager – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Demand Planning Manager to lead demand planning activities for Reef Group in Riyadh. The role will forecast product requirements, coordinate with cross‑functional teams and ensure the right inventory levels to support sales targets and supply continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand plans and forecasts based on sales data, inventory levels and seasonal trends.
• Analyse historical and current demand to identify patterns and drivers affecting product availability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Procurement and Inventory teams to align demand plans with commercial and operational strategies.
• Update forecasts regularly in response to market changes, promotions, offers and expansion initiatives.
• Monitor inventory, flag shortages or excess stock and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare demand scenarios for new products, seasonal campaigns and marketing promotions.
• Track forecast accuracy, analyse variances and recommend improvements.
• Support purchasing and supply decisions with accurate forecasts and analytical insights.
• Design and enhance demand planning models and forecasting methodologies.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards on forecasts, accuracy, inventory and variances.
• Lead and develop the Demand Planning team, assign tasks, monitor performance and build capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with demand planning policies and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Proven ability to work across functions and align demand plans with business objectives.
• Leadership experience managing a team and delivering high‑quality results.
