About the role

AccorHotel is seeking a motivated Demi Chef De Partie to join its dynamic culinary team in Riyadh. You will work alongside experienced chefs, contributing to both à la carte and buffet services while developing your culinary expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate food items with precision according to hotel recipes for à la carte and buffet menus.
• Collaborate with kitchen team and outlet chefs during daily briefings to share ideas and feedback.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, daily features, and promotions to support seamless service.
• Conduct daily mise en place checks, ensuring freshness and adherence to quality standards.
• Implement proper product rotation in refrigeration units to minimize waste.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Provide professional, friendly support to colleagues and maintain a collaborative kitchen atmosphere.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and kitchen policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5‑6 years of professional culinary experience in a hotel or fine‑dining environment.
• Journeyman's papers or an internationally recognized culinary qualification.
• Diploma or certification in a culinary discipline (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
