Director of Sales – Riyadh

About the role

AccorHotel is seeking a visionary Director of Sales to lead its sales organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this strategic position you will shape the overall sales strategy, drive revenue across all hotel segments and guide a high‑performing team to exceed ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and business plans to achieve revenue goals across rooms, food & beverage and other hotel services.
• Provide strategic leadership to the sales department, setting performance standards, accountability measures and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Supervise, mentor and develop sales team members at all levels, ensuring professional growth and high performance.
• Manage key account relationships, identify expansion opportunities and cultivate long‑term partnerships with strategic clients.
• Oversee financial management of the sales function, including budgeting, expense control, revenue forecasting and performance analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of senior sales leadership experience with a proven record of revenue growth.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans that exceed targets.
• Strong experience in managing key accounts and generating new business opportunities.
• Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Experience using sales management tools for pipeline and performance tracking.
