E-Commerce & International Supplier Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an active and resourceful specialist to expand our product catalog by sourcing directly from global manufacturers and brand owners outside Saudi Arabia. The role is based on‑site in Riyadh’s Qurtubah District.

Key responsibilities

• Search and connect with genuine brands and manufacturers worldwide using platforms such as Alibaba, Global Sources, Made‑in‑China, or direct outreach.
• Communicate with international vendors in English, build solid supplier relationships, request quotations, compare options and negotiate prices, payment terms and MOQs.
• Vet suppliers, request product samples, verify specifications and credibility before ordering.
• Track purchasing pipelines and coordinate with shipping/logistics teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date directory of vetted international suppliers, contacts and negotiated terms.

Required profile

• Proven experience or strong background in using global B2B platforms for overseas sourcing.
• Excellent written and spoken English for effective communication with international suppliers.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Alibaba and AliExpress (or similar B2B marketplaces).
• Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive rates and favorable conditions.
• Advanced web research abilities to locate original manufacturers beyond basic search results.
