About the role
As a Fashion Consultant at Chalhoub Group’s Riyadh Park Mall, you will drive sales and deliver an exceptional guest experience while supporting key customer initiatives in-store.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Collect and analyse customer behaviour data for business reviews.
- Drive client relationships using an omni‑channel approach.
- Provide pre‑buying product feedback and support in‑store marketing events.
- Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and ensure click‑and‑collect orders meet SLAs.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and SOP compliance.
- Capture customer data according to marketing requirements.
- Support in‑store CX initiatives and provide feedback on store performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury fashion brand.
- Intermediate to fluent English language proficiency.
