Associate Analyst – Business Development Launch Program 2027

About the role

Join Mastercard’s 18‑month Launch Program as an Associate Analyst in Business Development. You will work on real business challenges, gain hands‑on experience, and develop analytical and commercial skills while supporting the Services Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, customer and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
• Support the development of client proposals, presentations and business cases.
• Analyze sales pipeline, revenue performance and business metrics to generate insights.
• Assist with opportunity tracking, forecasting and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Consulting, Finance and Delivery teams.
• Prepare materials for customer meetings, business reviews and leadership updates.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at growing Mastercard’s Services business.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduating between June 2026 and August 2027.
• Available to start on 1 September 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities with a high‑energy, can‑do attitude.
