Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage (Luxury Hotel)

About the role

The Luxury Hotels brand is seeking an Executive Assistant Manager for its Food & Beverage division at the Qiddiya resort. Reporting to the Hotel Manager and General Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure service excellence, drive revenue, and uphold the brand’s BELONG–GATHER–DREAM philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the F&B strategy aligned with brand values and business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and ensure outlet profitability and cost efficiency.
• Drive new revenue initiatives, evaluate ROI and control operating expenses.
• Supervise daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, maintaining high service standards.
• Lead, coach and develop outlet managers and F&B teams, fostering a culture of innovation and talent growth.
• Conduct regular operational reviews, briefings and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with other department heads, regulatory bodies, suppliers and guests to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Represent the resort in community and guest engagements as required.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in luxury hotel food and beverage operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and profit management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive change, innovation and maintain high service standards.
• Diplomatic and solution‑focused approach to handling reputation‑critical situations.
