About the role
As a Fashion Consultant for FARM Rio you will drive individual and collective sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will support the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer initiatives in‑store and contribute to data‑driven business reviews.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and promote the loyalty program (MUSE).
- Collect and analyse customer behaviour data, top sellers and slow movers.
- Provide pre‑buying feedback and support in‑store marketing events and activations.
- Ensure visual merchandising guidelines and SOPs are followed.
- Manage click‑and‑collect orders within service‑level agreements and capture customer data in line with marketing requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury fashion brand.
- Intermediate to fluent English language proficiency.
