Food & Beverage Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Food & Beverage Attendant will deliver high‑quality service in an IHG luxury hotel outlet, ensuring guests receive attentive and knowledgeable assistance throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage according to the hotel’s performance manual.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu to advise guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Prepare the outlet for service and supervise smooth operations.
• Lead and train the service team to meet standards.
• Manage inventory, control supplies, and record beverage stock.
• Minimise waste, breakage and spoilage.
• Apply up‑selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and boost revenue.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Business‑related degree or equivalent.
• Experience with learning and development methods.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, diverse workplace.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, result‑oriented and self‑motivated.
