Food & Beverage Captain (Saudi Arabia)

Rotana Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and self‑motivated Food & Beverage Captain to join its team in Saudi Arabia. In this role you will deliver professional, customer‑focused service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage according to the hotel’s performance standards.
• Acquire in‑depth knowledge of the outlet’s menu to advise guests.
• Handle customer complaints and queries with a focus on satisfaction.
• Prepare the outlet for service and supervise smooth operations.
• Direct and supervise the service team, ensuring duties meet standards.
• Ensure all team members receive adequate training.
• Organise, plan and control supplies; maintain accurate beverage stock records.
• Minimise wastage, breakage and spoilage.
• Use up‑selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality.
• Maximum two years of experience in a similar role.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with the Micros POS system (desirable).
• Previous minor leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
