Food & Beverage Manager (Mgr-Food & Beverage I)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room‑service operations at our property in Madinah. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial targets and maintaining compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and control budgets for all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and profitability.
• Lead and supervise the Food & Beverage team, covering day‑to‑day operations, staff scheduling and performance management.
• Oversee culinary, restaurant, bar and room‑service areas, guaranteeing consistent quality and service standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction initiatives, respond promptly to guest feedback and uphold the brand’s service culture.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, health and other relevant regulations.
• Implement employee engagement programs, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least four years of relevant Food & Beverage experience, OR a two‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field with at least two years of experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs and achieve financial objectives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team motivation and guest service.
