General Manager (Indoor Entertainment)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our indoor entertainment portfolio across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the regional head, you will be responsible for driving growth, operational excellence and a customer‑centric culture as the business expands rapidly.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the KSA business strategy, translating plans into measurable outcomes.
• Build and scale an organizational structure that supports multi‑site venue expansion.
• Own the P&L, annual budgets and KPI targets for all venues, ensuring profitable revenue growth.
• Analyse sales, labour, occupancy and customer satisfaction data to implement performance improvement actions.
• Maintain brand standards by overseeing safety, service, cleanliness and overall guest experience.
• Develop leadership pipelines and foster a strong company culture aligned with the Vision, Mission and Values.

Required profile

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in multi‑site consumer businesses such as hospitality, entertainment, leisure or retail.
• Proven track record of operating and scaling businesses within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L ownership and budget management.
• Hands‑on operator who can balance strategic planning with execution.
• Exceptional people leader capable of building high‑performing teams in a matrix environment.
