General Manager – Pre-Opening Hotel (Qiddiya, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the pre‑opening phase of a new‑build hotel in Qiddiya, Saudi Arabia. You will shape the hotel's culture, build the leadership team, and ensure a successful launch in 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the hotel through its complete pre‑opening journey.
• Recruit, develop and inspire a high‑performing team.
• Create operational culture, service standards and guest experience.
• Build strong relationships with ownership and key stakeholders.
• Drive commercial strategy and overall business performance.
• Ensure the property is fully operational and ready for opening.

Required profile

• Current or recent General Manager experience within Saudi Arabia (essential).
• Fluent Arabic (essential).
• Proven experience in family leisure, resort or destination‑led hospitality.
• Background with an international hotel company or recognised global brand.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian hospitality market.
• Excellent stakeholder management, especially with ownership.
• Previous hotel pre‑opening experience is highly advantageous.
• Hands‑on, engaging leadership style with a passion for developing people and building strong hotel cultures.
