About the role
As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences while delivering memorable hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, complete check‑in, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials or bell service assistance.
- Process check‑out by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Provide comprehensive information on hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local area attractions.
- Promote hotel amenities and services through up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and manage communications effectively.
