Hospitality Manager – Healthcare Operations

About the role

The Hospitality Manager will lead hospitality and patient‑experience services across multiple hospitals in Riyadh. Reporting to senior hospital leadership, the role ensures that cleanliness, comfort, and service standards meet both QHSE regulations and accreditation requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑site hospitality operations, maintaining high standards of service, housekeeping and patient experience.
• Manage and develop internal hospitality, housekeeping and support teams as well as external contractors.
• Establish, monitor and enforce QHSE and patient‑experience standards in line with healthcare regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement using KPIs, audits and patient feedback.
• Support the opening and mobilisation of new hospitals, implementing hospitality services from day one.
• Collaborate closely with hospital leadership, clinical teams and support functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in hospitality or facilities management, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑site operations and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE standards and healthcare accreditation requirements.
• Experience coordinating with clinical staff and external service providers.
