About the role

Key responsibilities

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all operational areas, both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house.
• Adapt to rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays while maintaining high performance under pressure.
• Collaborate with diverse team members to create seamless, flawless experiences.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong personal standards, integrity, and professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while upholding brand standards.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with proactive ownership and cultural sensitivity.
