Hotel Electrician – Handyman

About the role

Miraval Resorts & Spas is seeking a skilled Electrician‑Handyman to join its engineering team at the Red Sea resort. The role focuses on maintaining safe, reliable electrical systems for guests and staff while supporting general engineering tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, panels, switches, and outlets.
• Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) and Guest Room Management System (GRMS).
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical malfunctions safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest concerns.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and electrical inventory.
• Assist with general engineering duties as required.
• Coordinate with contractors or vendors when needed.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an electrician (minimum 1 month).
• Electrical certification or license preferred.
• Basic English language skills required; Arabic speaking is an advantage.
