Hotel Finance Manager (Saudi National Only)

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead all financial activities for a hotel, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective cash‑flow management. This senior position provides strategic financial guidance to support the hotel’s operational and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel accounting and finance functions.
• Lead financial planning, analysis, and control activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and operational expenses.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Ensure VAT, tax, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain internal financial controls and policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification preferred (CPA, ACCA, CMA, SOCPA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of hotel finance experience.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
