Hotel Manager – Riyadh

About the role

Ewaa Hotels is looking for a dynamic Hotel Manager to lead its flagship property in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role combines operational oversight with strategic revenue management to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Develop and execute revenue‑maximising strategies while controlling costs.
• Lead, train and motivate staff to deliver high‑quality service.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts and expense controls.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.
• Address guest complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with local clients, suppliers and community partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or senior hospitality leader.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Track record of exceeding guest expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
