About the role
A leading healthcare organization in Riyadh is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources functions across its facilities. The role requires strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and healthcare workforce management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HR operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law and related regulations.
- Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce planning, payroll, compensation, benefits and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and organizational structures.
- Monitor HR KPIs, manpower budgets and workforce productivity, and support performance evaluations and development programs.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluent in Arabic with a good command of English.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance.
- Experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad platforms.
- Familiarity with HRMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
