About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Human Relations Manager to join an international industrial‑park developer expanding its operations in Riyadh. The role will lead HR activities, ensure compliance with Saudi labour legislation, and support the company’s growth in the region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee government‑related HR processes, including work permits, visas and statutory reporting.
- Provide support for land‑use and commercial property processes in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Foster positive employee relations and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably within industrial, construction or large‑scale development sectors.
- In‑depth knowledge of Saudi labour laws and government HR requirements.
- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
